Our Process

We keep things simple, straightforward, and stroller-parent friendly. Here's how it works:

🗓️ 1 Neighborhood, 1 Day

We focus on one neighborhood each day—so when we’re in your area, we’re all in.

🚚 Scheduled Pickups

You’ll choose a convenient 2-hour pickup window, and we’ll swing by to grab your stroller. No disassembly needed—just leave it ready to roll.

🧼 Deep Cleaning

Once we’ve got your stroller, we bring it to our cleaning center and give it the full StrollerGuys treatment:

Our Cleaning Process:

  • ✅ Power Wash – to blast off sidewalk grime, playground grit, and yesterday’s snack residue

  • ✅ Shampoo + Scrub – we use non-toxic, organic, hypoallergenic soap that’s baby-safe and tough on messes

  • ✅ Air + Power Dry – because no one wants a soggy stroller

🌬️ Dry Time

After cleaning, we carefully dry out all fabric, foam, and frame components—no shortcuts.

📦 Drop-Off

48 hours after pickup, we’ll bring your stroller back during a scheduled 2-hour drop-off window. You won’t believe the before-and-after.

Notes & Nerdy Details

  • We treat every stroller like it’s our own (because we’ve been there).

  • We’re not responsible for cosmetic wear like existing knicks, scratches, or long-term sun damage.

  • While we handle every stroller with care, we are not liable for any damage related to prior condition or structural weakness.
